By using Alba you agree to these terms. If you're setting Alba up for a restaurant, you confirm you're allowed to act on its behalf.

Alba watches your beverage stock, drafts reorder proposals, sends orders you confirm to your distributors, and answers questions from your operation. It is a tool that assists your team — not a replacement for your own judgment.

This is the core of how Alba works. Alba never places an order, sends a message to a distributor, or changes your inventory without your confirmation. The orders you confirm — and the decisions behind them — are yours. Review each proposal before you send it.

Keep your login secure and your account information accurate. You're responsible for what your team does under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Use Alba for running your own restaurant's beverage program. Don't try to break it, resell it, scrape it, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Alba is in active beta. We set each restaurant up personally and ship improvements often. That also means features can change, and there may be the occasional rough edge — tell us when you hit one. During beta, Alba is provided as-is while we get it right together.

Pricing is by quote during beta. We'll always agree on terms with you directly before anything is charged — no surprise billing.

How we handle your data is covered in the Privacy policy, including the six promises. Your data is yours, and you can export it anytime.

Alba is a tool to help you run your program; we work hard to make it accurate, but the decisions and orders you confirm are yours. To the extent the law allows, Alba isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. We'll firm up the formal limits here before general availability.

You can stop using Alba and close your account anytime — your data comes with you. We can suspend access for misuse, but we'll be straight with you about why.
