Changing your account email

From the manager portal, tap the user icon (top-right) → Identity section → enter your new email → Send confirmation link.

Alba does TWO things in parallel:

1. Sends a confirmation link to the new address. You must click that link within 24 hours. The change does not happen until you click. 2. Sends a heads-up notice to the old address so a hijacked session can't silently swap your email without you noticing.

Once you click the new-email link:

• Your account email is updated immediately
• The old address gets a "change confirmed" notification
• From now on you sign in with the new email

If the link expires before you click, request a new one from the same form.

If you didn't ask for the change and got the old-address notice, contact us right away — your account may be compromised.
