Setting contact windows

Settings → Communication → Contact windows.

By default Alba can message you any time. Add windows to restrict to specific hours.

Each window is a from→to pair in HH:mm. You can add multiple. Times are interpreted in your local timezone.

Examples:

• 09:00 → 11:00 (mornings only)
• 09:00 → 11:00 + 15:00 → 17:00 (mornings + afternoons, lunch off)
• 22:00 → 06:00 (overnight only — useful for after-service review)

When the cron evaluates outside your contact windows, proposals are queued and dispatched at the start of your next window. Nothing is lost — just delayed to a more humane time.

Empty list = no restriction. The cron sends whenever it has news.
