Confirming, postponing, or skipping
Three actions you can take on a pending proposal and what happens after.
Confirm A / B / C
You picked one. What Alba does: 1. Marks the proposal status as "Confirmed by manager" 2. Builds the order email (and WhatsApp, if rep has a phone) 3. Sends it to the rep at the email + phone in your distributor settings 4. Updates the proposal status to "Waiting for distributor" 5. Tracks expected delivery and asks you when it arrives
You can ask Alba in chat to modify the order before it's sent ("togli 2 bottiglie di Chianti dall'ordine") — supported on WhatsApp / SMS / portal.
Postpone
You're not ready to decide. Postpone for N days and Alba will check back later — same proposal, no new one created until you decide or the cutoff passes.
Skip / cancel
You've decided not to order this cycle. Alba marks the proposal cancelled. The engine won't generate a new proposal for the same distributor until the current cutoff passes — to avoid spamming you. If you change your mind before cutoff, contact us or run an admin re-evaluation.
