Your first day with Alba

A 15-minute path from blank account to your first proposal.

Here's what to do on day one. Should take 15 minutes total.

1. Sign in

You should have received an email with a magic link. Click it. Set a password. From now on you'll sign in at /signin with your email + password, or via the magic link Alba sends to your WhatsApp / SMS / email.

2. Add your distributors

From the dashboard's Orders & proposals panel, click Distributors. For each supplier you work with:

  • Add their name and contact info
  • Set their delivery days — which weekdays they deliver to YOU
  • Set the cutoff type: rolling (any day before a cutoff time) or weekly (one fixed cutoff day)
  • Set the lead time — days from cutoff to delivery
  • Set their minimum order (bottles, dollars, or both)

If you don't know these, ask your rep or check past invoices.

3. Import your beverage catalog

Admin or our team imports your beverage CSV. Each beverage gets a par level (target stock you want to keep) and a reorder point (level that triggers a critical alert).

You can edit par + reorder later from any beverage's detail page.

4. Run the first evaluation

Once catalog + distributors are in, the engine starts running on the schedule you set (default: 9 AM every weekday). It can also be triggered on-demand from the admin side.

When something is below reorder, you'll get a proposal on your preferred channel.

5. Reply

Tap A, B, or C — or postpone. Alba sends the order to the rep, follows up on delivery, and updates your stock automatically when you confirm the bottles arrived.

That's it. From then on Alba does the rest in the background.
