What is Alba

Alba is beverage inventory automation for fine-dining restaurants. Three things in one product:

• Watch — Alba reads your sales every night, tracks what's left, what's running low, and what's about to hit zero.
• Propose — When something is below the line, Alba builds a reorder proposal that respects your distributor's minimum, cutoff, and delivery calendar. You get it on WhatsApp, SMS, email, or the portal — wherever you live.
• Send — Reply A, B, or C, or tap a button. Alba writes the order to the rep, tracks the delivery, asks if it arrived, and updates inventory automatically when you say yes.

The bones of the product are: a beverage catalog, a list of distributors, automatic depletion tracking from sales data, par / reorder thresholds, and an AI sommelier-friend that knows everything about your stock.
