Insights KPIs explained
Each metric on /manager/insights and what it actually measures.
Numbers on the insights page, demystified:
Acceptance rate
Of the proposals that reached a decision (confirmed, cancelled, expired), what percentage did you accept? Excludes pending. Tells you how often Alba's suggestions match your reality. Healthy is 70%+.
Your reply time
Median minutes from "Alba sent you a proposal" to "you picked an option (A/B/C)." Excludes pending proposals. Lower = you're on top of your game. Higher = consider tightening contact windows or shifting your preferred channel.
On-time delivery
Of received deliveries with a known expected date, what percentage arrived on or before the expected day (within tolerance)? Measures distributor performance, not Alba.
Stockouts prevented
How many critical alerts ended in a confirmed order BEFORE stock hit zero. The leading indicator that Alba is doing its job.
Revenue trend
Weekly revenue from depletion_events over the window. Sparkline + period-over-period delta in the corner. The chart that tells you where you're going.
Day-of-week pattern
Average revenue when it's a Monday vs Tuesday vs Saturday. Bars weighted by occurrences in window so a 30-day window with 5 Saturdays doesn't skew. Friday / Saturday / Sunday weighted full opacity to highlight the weekend bump.
Expected stockouts
Top 5 SKUs projected to hit zero soonest, given the last 30 days of sales velocity divided into current units_remaining. "Today" / "3d" pills. The forward-looking complement to the rear-view current critical list.
Distributor reliability
Per-supplier table: spend, proposals, accept rate, deliveries, on-time rate. Use it to renegotiate or switch suppliers when patterns emerge.
Consumption block
POS-style metrics: top sellers, slow movers, by-category margin, glass vs bottle mix. Useful but not the differentiator — your POS gives you most of these too.
