Custom date ranges and thresholds

Top of the insights page has preset windows (30d / 90d / 6m / 1y) and a Filters drawer that opens up:

Date range

Set From and To to a specific YYYY-MM-DD pair. When both are set they override the preset window. Useful for end-of-month reporting, comparing two specific events, or auditing.

Thresholds

• Slow mover days — the days window the slow-mover detection uses. Default 90.
• Slow mover max units — beverages that sold this many units or fewer in the window are slow movers. Default 0 (only zero-sales count). Bump higher to be more permissive.
• On-time tolerance (days) — deliveries within this many days of expected count as on-time. Default 0 (must arrive same day).

Threshold tweaks here are session-only — they live in the URL so you can share a filtered view, but they don't override your defaults permanently.
